Hi, I'm Dominic and this is Your Fitness personal training. I am a fully qualified personal trainer who specialises in fat-loss. Your Fitness training sessions can take place in Winchmore Hill, Bush Hill Park, Enfield, Southgate, Cockfosters, Oakwood and surrounding areas. All sessions are fully mobile - they can take place in your home, office or outdoors - and all equipment is provided. Indoor sessions are also available, located in Winchmore Hill with free off-street parking. Small group sessions are also available upon request - so why not split the cost of a training session with a friend!
With 15 years worth of experience in the industry, I have taught fat-loss masterclasses for The Daily Mail, Sports Sister and Women's Health and Fitness publications. In addition to being a fully qualified personal trainer I am also fully CRB checked, fully insured and a registered exercise professional... so you know you'll be in safe hands.
